Kids Muay Thai (4-13)

Muay Thai is a striking martial art that involves using punches, kicks, knees and elbows to apply highly forceful strikes to a target. Your child will learn how to use these strikes effectively sand safely, improving their strength, confidence and self defence capabilities greatly.

Trial Muay Thai

Kids Judo (4-13)

Kawashi Judo is a highly effective martial art that primarily consists of learning throws, pins and holds. Kawashi Judo also involves learning to strike as well as some submissions on the ground. If you want to improve your child's coordination, discipline and confidence. Choose this highly effective art.

Trial Judo

Kids Jiu Jitsu (4-13)

Jiu Jitsu is primarily a grappling and ground based martial art that will teach your child how to effectively control another person on the ground with holds and submissions. This art is great for teaching your child discipline, bodily awareness and self control.

What to Expect?

Our classes are easy to access for kids of any fitness level or prior experience. With multiple instructors in each class, your child will get the attention that they need to thrive.

Your child will be able to jump straight in and start having fun at their first class; just bring them in and we'll handle the rest!
