Who Can Join In?
Anyone over age 50! When you fill in our online form, we will get in contact with you to set up your first class.
When Are The Sessions?
Tuesday and Thursday every week from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM NSW time.
Am I Too Old?
We've had individuals 80+ join in and love it! We will help you with your unique circumstances as needed!
Do I Need Experience?
This class is for you, regardless of fitness level or prior experience. Complete beginners are welcome!
How Much Is It?
$20 a week! This covers your two 1 hour sessions each week. Payments are part of a hassle free, no lock in membership!

Muay Thai?
Muay Thai is a stand up striking sport sometimes referred to as the art of 8 limbs, and involves using kicks, knees, punches and elbows to attack. You'll essentially be making use of your entire body!

Muay Thai places its emphasis on generating incredible amounts of power in its strikes; an expert in Muay Thai can become incredibly strong and powerful throughout their whole body through practicing strikes.
